德国Vector Informatik 公司（以下简称Vector）成立于1988年，总部位于德国汽车工业中心斯图加特。经过20多年的发展，目前全球共有员工1400多名（80%以上是研发人员），至今，Vector已经成为在全球12个国家设有分公司的跨国企业。2015年全球营业额超过3.3亿欧元。2011年，随着业务的发展，为了更好的服务中国广大客户，扎根中国市场，Vector在中国成立了全资子公司----维克多汽车技术(上海)有限公司。成为自美国，日本，法国，瑞典，英国，韩国及印度等分公司之后的第9家分公司，近几年来，随着公司业务发展，又相继开设了奥地利、意大利和巴西公司，共计12家分公司。
