研究工作主要围绕微机电系统（MEMS）、微流控芯片技术（Microfluidics）、微纳加工技术（Micro/Nano Fabrication）、先进传感检测、图像处理等领域展开。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年科学项目一项、国防科研项目三项。
